When you Opt Out of hard copy (printed) bulletins, you will receive e-mail notices with direct links to monthly Medi-Cal Updates, manual pages and training information on the Medi-Cal Web site, customized to your provider community.

To enroll, you must have a valid e-mail address and complete the short Opt Out Enrollment Form. Once your enrollment process is successfully completed, the Medi-Cal Updates will no longer be mailed to you via U.S. Postal Service. Currently, Opt Out is only available to Medi-Cal providers.

The Opt Out e-bulletins will be sent from MCSubscriptions-OPTOUT@eds.com, so please ensure that your e-mail settings will not block delivery.

Fill out an Opt Out Change of E-mail Address Form any time you change your e-mail address. To discontinue the Opt Out service and resume the monthly hard copy Medi-Cal Update service, fill out an Opt Out Cancellation Form.
